Biver has launched the AB, its first stainless-steel watch, lowering the brand's entry price to CHF 68,000 including the bracelet. The 38mm case is 9.8mm thick and water-resistant to 80m, with a three-level black onyx dial and yellow-gold markings. It runs on the hand-wound JCB-004 at 3Hz with a 120-hour power reserve from twin barrels, zero-reset seconds and a power-reserve indicator. It is not a limited edition and is available from Biver and authorised retailers.

Why it matters: It brings Jean-Claude Biver's new brand within reach of more collectors.
