Arnold & Son has added a stop-seconds function to the DSTB, whose deadbeat (true) seconds mechanism sits on the dial beneath three openworked gold bridges and advances the blued hand once per second. Pulling the crown halts the hand so the watch can be set to the second. The 42mm case comes in 18k red gold or 950 platinum, with the in-house automatic A&S6303 and a 55-hour power reserve. Each version is limited to 18 pieces, at CHF 46,000 (red gold) and CHF 56,800 (platinum).
