The 11th WatchTime New York, held at Gotham Hall in Manhattan from 16 to 18 October, drew a record 3,000 attendees, making it the largest edition yet, with a sold-out Friday opening night of 625 guests. 48 brands exhibited, nine for the first time, including Jacob & Co., Kollokium, Kudoke, Gérald Genta, Daniel Roth, Singer, Ferdinand Berthoud, Schwarz Etienne and Keris. Ressence, Bell & Ross, MB&F, Urwerk, Oris and others showed recent creations, and panels covered collecting and neo-vintage watches.

Why it matters: Record demand reflects the strength of the US luxury watch market.
