Hamilton has introduced the American Classic Cushion Mechanical, inspired by 1920s Art Deco design, in six versions across 30mm and 34mm cushion cases, 8.1mm thick, in steel or 3N gold-tone PVD. It runs on the hand-wound calibre H-42 (ETA 7001 base) with a Nivachron balance spring and a 57-hour power reserve, water-resistant to 50m, on leather straps. Prices are US$995 in steel and US$1,095 in gold tone.
